The Dears are my favourite band. Everyone and their mom knows this. BUT! Degeneration street threw me for a loop. 

Until I heard this, that is. 

Seems Murray is has taken back some of his early songwriting techniques, and brought them back into the fold of The Dears’ music. I would now recommend that any Dears fan who was puzzled by DS [, regardless of whether or not they liked it,] to listen to Nor The Dahlias.
